• The preferred way to make payment is by credit card through PayPal.

• We also are happy to receive bank drafts in US dollars.But you must email pk@yesweb.org  if you choose to pay in this way.
• YES Country Coordinators only may make payments for themselves and members of their delegations via wire transfer.  Email pk@yesweb.org  for receiving separate instructions for this.
• Except in emergency circumstances, we will be unable to accept cash payments at the Summit.  If you believe this will be required, you must email pk@yesweb.org for advance approval.

Step #3.  Arrange for your hotel accommodation in Baku.   

1. HOTEL ACCOMODATION FOR GENERAL DELEGATES
   
   
There are two official Summit hotels. 

• The Apsheron will be the primary hotel used by participants.  It is located in central Baku and bus transportation will be provided to the Summit venue.  The cost is approximately US$80 plus tax for a twin bed room.  Reservations for the Apsheron must be made through the Ministry of Youth by emailing Narmin Baghirova at  baghirova@yahoo.com.
  
• The Grand Hotel Europe is a three-star hotel offering rooms at US$250 and up plus tax.  It also is located in central Baku and bus transportation will be provided to the Summit venue.  Reservations should be made online through a travel service such as www.orbitz.com. 

Other hotels located close to the Apsheron and Hotel Europe are the Park Inn, Hotel Rigs Home, Metropol, Caspian and Empire.  They are within walking distance of the Apsheron and Hotel Europe to catch the shuttle bus to the venue.  These and many additional hotel choices can be found online by searching “Baku hotels”.  If you wish to stay in a youth hostel, we recommend 1001 Camels – please search for it online by its name.

Please be advised that taxis are expensive and traffic is very congested in Baku.  Thus you will wish to stay within walking distance of the Apsheron and Hotel Europe in order to take advantage of the shuttle bus.

Note: The Participants are responsible for their own hotel arrangements. The organizers will not be held accountable for their local expenses (accommodation, food, medical, telephone or any other expenses) incurred by the participants during their stay in Baku, other than what is notified under Registration Entitlements listed above:



2. HOTEL ACCOMMODATION FOR MINISTERIAL DELEGATES

For Ministerial delegates the rooms are reserved at Ambassador Hotel in Baku.

The Ministry of Youth and Sport, Azerbaijan will cover the accommodation and meals (from 24th September to 27th September 2008) for the head of the Ministerial Delegation   (only for a Minister or Deputy Minister, if s/he is the head of delegation) from each country.
