The Civil Society Forum and Ministerial Forum provided an opportunity for delegates to be involved in a "Working Summit". The agenda facilitated informative action and dialogue between all delegates and speakers. With an evident balance between open discussions and working sessions. The Civil Society Forum viewed the issue of youth employment through various avenues including the global scenario of youth employment; nine selected YES themes; focus by region; topic specific issues; and country specific issues. Delegates at the Summit were engaged in workshops and Capacity Building skills development courses throughout the duration of the Summit. All youth delegates participated in designing and developing Personal Action Plans to implement in their home countries, this Cambridge College initiative also provided delegates with a certificate of achievement and participation.

• Fourteen Capacity Building Workshops for youth to help them navigate through the Summit process to take advantage of the opportunity to network and collaborate.
• Thirty-four additional "Open Sessions" presented by delegates from innovative organizations.
