Section III. Registration Fees

  • Each Applicant must complete payment of the registration fee by Sept. 15, 2004, or the late registration fee will apply.
  • This fee only covers admission to all sessions of the YES Summit.
  • YES Network Coordinators maintain accurate databases of current YES Network members. Please check with your YES Network Coordinator to confirm prior membership of a YES Network. The reduced fee is available to YES Network members only, applicable until Sept. 15, 2004.
  • Each invited country is reserved a maximum of ten participants, with the exception of the host country, Mexico. The maximum number of participants at the YES Summit is 1000. The YES Campaign office will review all applications to ensure the attendance of diverse stakeholders.
  • Please note that the registration fees do not cover travel, meals and accomodation expenses. The registration fees covers only your admission to all sessions of the Summit and meals served during the conference.

Sponsorship Procedure:
At this time there is no procedure for sponsorship through the YES Campaign. Please watch the YES website for updates. Please begin seeking sponsorship from donors and funders in your country to cover airfare, visa and other costs immediately.

All refunds will be processed after the YES Summit. All refunds will be made either through a credit card refund or by check from the YES Campaign (drawn on a U.S. bank). Please note that cancellation requests received in writing before August 30, 2004, will be refunded in full. Requests for cancellation after August 30, 2004 will be issued only in the event that the applicant’s visa application is denied. Requests must be accompanied by appropriate documentation indicating a denial of the visa application.

 

 
Section V. 10-Question Survey

This survey will help the YES team understand the effectiveness of its campaign activities. Additionally, the survey strengthens our understanding of the experience and skills of delegates attending the Summit. There will be additional surveys at the conclusion of the YES Summit, and six months later, in June 2004.
