The YES Mexico 2004 the 2nd Global Summit for Youth Employment was
held from October 4-7, 2004 in World Trade Center (WTC), Veracruz,
Mexico. It was an important milestone for evaluating global
progress on youth
employment. Successful programs, policies, and projects within
the Summit Framework for Action were also highlighted and shared
among Summit delegates.
This Summit shared the critical need for partnership between
all actors and actions that can be taken together as a global
team to address
the challenge of youth unemployment. The agenda is categorized
as shown below:
