DEVELOPING PROGRAMS AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
YES networks design effective and targeted employment programs that impact youth and build credibility with stakeholders. Capacity-building workshops provide youth with access to basic job training and to technical skills. In addition, development sector programs bridge two pressing problems in the developing world: youth unemployment and economic development needs. Through these programs, YES provides youth with opportunities to build leadership, management, and entrepreneurial skills in the context of sustainable development.
