After intense daytime Forum sessions, it was time for delegates to unwind themselves and join with thousands of Andhra Pradesh rural youth (especially brought in from the villages to participate in the festivities). A Yuv (youth) Utsav (festival) was organized in preparation for the Forum from Dec. 1 - 12, 2003 in each district of Andhra Pradesh to motivate young people to get in touch with their own power and vision. The culminating events to celebrate this power of youth various cultural programs were organized for Andhra Pradesh youth, Hyderabad citizens and Forum delegates. From world-renowned tabla maestro, Zakir Hussain to the peppy numbers of Colonial Cousins, the cultural programs literally set the ball rolling.
