Initial Phase   Promotion: Launch Marketing Campaign (May 1 - Oct 31)
Establish contacts with YES Partners to develop potential entrepreneurs and resource persons
Next
Phase I
1. Screening   i. Begin Application Process (Sep 5 - Oct 31): Invite applications from potential applicants
ii. Begin Preliminary Screening (Nov 1 - Nov 30): Screen and short list best entrepreneurs; provide feedback
2. Processing
(Dec 2 - Jan 31)		   Provide coaching and feedback to selected participants to help them develop viable business plans

Phase II
1. 2nd Screening
(Feb 1 - Feb 16) 		  Screen the short listed entrepreneurs that reapply with the completed applications and further screen to select viable plans
2. Processing
  Feb 17 - Feb 23

Final Phase
Final Week
(Feb 24 - Feb 29) 		  Selection by Jury of the final award winners
