  • 25-27 November 2003: China Youth Conference, Beijing. This Conference was part of the launch of Youth Business China (YBC). YBC is an international cooperative project launched and put forward by the All China Youth Federation (ACYF). ACYF will guide and manage YBC directly. The ACYF has entrusted the China National Youth Palace Association as the implementing organisation to deliver the YBC Project.
