s a concerted commitment to the development of a Regional Action Plan 2006-2010 in order to achieve the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).  Additionally, YES and the Youth Employment Network (YEN) renewed their commitment to promote the MDGs and reduce 
poverty through the generation of decent, sustainable, and productive employment.
