micro enterprise development .
- Hallowell’s vision is to bring the issue of youth unemployment on the national agenda in Sierra Leone
- Initiated youth support to transition process projects and the Post-Conflict Reconstruction Initiative for Development and
Empowerment (PRIDE).
- Raised US $ 40,000 from key partners for YES Fourah Bay College (FBC) Branch.
- Was Sierra Leone’s former delegate to the Oxfam International Youth Partnership (OIYP) Sydney, Australia and 2007-2008 Third
Millennium Fellow, New York.
- Volunteers time for United Network of Young Peace Builders (UNOY) Netherlands, Energy Crossroads Sierra Leone/West Africa
and Community Initiatives for Transformative Actions (CITA) International Sierra Leone.
- Has a Bachelors Degree in history and sociology.
- His key expertise is in the areas of project writing, management, public advocacy and action, and youth unemployment issues.
