• Marc began leading the YES Burundi Network in 2007, as a nonprofit organization, to help create the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders whose innovations and social enterprises address the major unmet needs of our global community.
• Marc's vision is to create better futures for the youth through business entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship and community service.
• Hosted the first Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW 2008) event in Bujumbura
• He is the national coordinator of Students for the Advancement of Global Entrepreneurship (SAGE Burundi), www.sageglobal.org
• Initiated the youth poverty alleviation program, which is helping create sustainable livelihoods for thousands of boys and girls at high risk in Burundi in the sector of ICT, Renewable Energies, HIV/AIDS, Water and Sanitation, Agriculture and Forestry, Human Rights, Arts, Ecotourism, Education, etc.
• His key expertise is in the areas of youth leadership, livelihoods and entrepreneurship programs.
• He has a bachelor's degree in English from National University of Burundi.
