  • Each Applicant must complete payment of the registration fee by September 10, 2006, or the late registration fee will apply.
  • This fee only covers admission to all sessions of the YES Summit.
  • YES Network Coordinators maintain accurate databases of current YES Network members. Please check with your YES Network Coordinator to confirm prior membership of a YES Network.
  • Each invited country is reserved a maximum of 10 to 20 participants, with the exception of the host country, Kenya. The maximum number of participants at the YES Summit is 1000. The YES Campaign office will review all applications to ensure the attendance of diverse stakeholders.
  • Please note that the registration fees do not cover travel, meals and accomodation expenses. The registration fees covers only your admission to all sessions of the Summit and meals served during the conference.

Sponsorship Procedure:
At this time there is no procedure for sponsorship through the YES Campaign. Please watch the YES website for updates. Please begin seeking sponsorship from donors and funders in your country to cover airfare, visa and other costs immediately.

You are requested to send your Registrations Fees through cashier's checks payable to "Education Development Center, Inc" in Newton, MA, United States. Soon there might be also the option of paying registration fees online through a credit card (if it becomes feasible) and it will be announced soon at www.yesweb.org/2006. All refunds will be processed after the YES Summit. All refunds will be made either through a credit card refund or by check from the YES Campaign (drawn on a U.S. bank). Please note that cancellation requests received in writing before August 30, 2006, will be refunded in full. Requests for cancellation after August 30, 2006 will be issued only in the event that the applicant’s visa application is denied. Requests must be accompanied by appropriate documentation indicating a denial of the visa application.

Additionally, the survey strengthens our understanding of the experience and skills of delegates attending the Summit.
